Mifflintown man charged with DUI in Fermanagh Township

MIFFLINTOWN — Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown charged a Mifflintown man with driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs following a traffic stop Tuesday, Dec. 23.

Officers pulled over a 2019 Jeep on the 3700 block of William Penn Highway in Fermanagh Township around 9 p.m., according to the police report. William Stoner, 48, was cited for DUI.

Two cited after domestic dispute in Juniata Terrace

LEWISTOWN — Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown cited two people for harassment and physical contact after responding to an active domestic dispute Monday, Jan. 26.

Officers arrived on Delaware Avenue in Juniata Terrace around 10 p.m., where they cited a 22-year-old woman from West Decatur and a 35-year-old man from Lewistown, the report states.

Firearm returned to owner in Walker Township

THOMPSONTOWN — Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded Wednesday, Jan. 21, to a report of a found firearm on William Penn Highway in Walker Township.

Officers located the owner, and the firearm was returned without incident, according to the police report.
