Atkinson Mills Sportsmen’s Club

• Meetings — held on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. The club is located at 55 Sportsmen Club Lane, McVeytown; email atkinsonmillssportsmensclub@gmail.com; online at http://atkinsonmills-sportsmensclub.weebly.com.

Blue Rock Sportsman’s Club

• Club meetings — 2 p.m. on the fourth Sunday of each month on the gun range, and at 7 p.m. January and February in the barn. To east end Blue Rock: From Milroy, follow signs to Reeds Gap State Park. Free camping available and kitchen is open during all events except trap shoots.

Decatur Sportsman’s Club

• Meetings — held at 10 a.m. on the second Sunday of each month at the club in Wagner.

Juniata County Sportsman’s Club

• The pistol range — is open. Club meets the second Wednesday of every month.

Mifflin County Sportsmen’s Association

• Regular meetings — 7 p.m. the first Thursday of every month.

Richfield Sportsman’s Club

• Club meetings — held the first Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. More information: (717) 694-3969.

Shawnee Archers

• Meetings — held on the first Sunday of each month at 4 p.m. Penns Creek Trout Unlimited

• Meetings — held the second Wednesday of each month at the Burnham YMCA. Business meeting starts at 6:15 p.m. Speaker (presentation) runs from 7 to 8:30 p.m. For more information, visit www.pennscreektu.org. Chapter will not meet in December.

Lewistown Pistol Club

• Grocery Matches — Grocery matches are indoor .22 rimfire rifle matches fired at 50 ft. Entry fee is $20 for adults, $10 for juniors (under 12). There are 12 prizes per round. (20 regular rounds per night) meat “bonus rounds” are $1 per target, cake “bonus rounds” are .50 cents per target. The club will open at 6 p.m. for practice and the match will begin promptly at 7 p.m. Matches are held every Saturday night until March 28, 2026.

Duncannon Sportsmen’s Association

• Block shoots — Friday evenings through March 27. Four meat rounds and one special round are held each evening. Registration begins at 6:30 p.m. Shooting starts at 7 p.m. Competition is open to all 12 gauge shotguns. The only restriction is a maximum barrel length of 36 inches. Shells are furnished. Meat rounds March 20 will be all ham prizes. The Duncannon Sportsmen’s Association is located off Route 274, four miles west of Duncannon or three miles east of Meck’s Corner, 256 Montebello Farm Rd.
