RICHFIELD — The Richfield Lions Club will host its 24th Christmas in the Park craft show on Saturday, Nov. 29, at Basom Memorial Park.
The event is slated from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and features more than 100 craft vendors, with fresh wreaths, quilts and more.
“(The event offers) a wide variety of selections too to help you find something for everyone on your list,” Makaila Auker said.
Christmas in the Park offers live entertainment and food, along with a visit from Santa starting at noon. Singer Grace Fala will be performing throughout the day, and, of course, festive holiday music can be heard as well.
“This is the perfect opportunity to get the community together and showcase local talents, giving you the perfect opportunity to work on that holiday shopping,” Auker said.
While the Richfield Lions Club holds many fundraisers throughout the year, including drive-thru meals to support their community, this holiday event is their biggest event of the year.
“Using the money from these goes towards helping students with scholarships, donating to the fire companies and anything else the community might need,” Auker said.
