Mifflin man cited for terroristic threats
MIFFLIN — According to a report by Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown, a man was charged with terroristic threats on Sunday, Sept. 14, after officers received a call around 12:30 a.m. stating that a domestic dispute was taking place.
Once on scene, Gregery Hockenberry, 29, of Mifflin, was charged with terroristic threats.
East Waterford man cited for criminal mischief
McALISTERVILLE — On Sunday, Sept. 28 officers responded to the report of a domestic dispute around midnight at a residence on School Street, Fayette Township.
According to the report filed by Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown, Jordan Anthony Hockenberry, 34, of East Waterford, was charged with criminal mischief after causing damage to the doorknob belonging to the home.
Mifflintown teen cited for speeding
PORT ROYAL — Two vehicles sustained disabling damage after a vehicle accident on Monday, Sept. 1.
According to the report, officers from Pennsylvania State Police Lewistown responded to the scene around 4:15 p.m. where it was determined that Travis Henry, 18, of Mifflintown, was traveling southbound on Route 75, Turbett Township in a 1999 Dodge Dakota at a high rate of speed when another driver, Brian Bennett, 27, of Newville, who was operating a 1996 Ford Ranger, also going south on Route 75 when he attempted to make a left turn onto Route 74. Police said Henry’s vehicle rear-ended Bennett’s vehicle, causing disabling damage to both vehicles.
Both drivers as well as Henry’s passenger, a 15-year-old female of Mifflintown, were all wearing their seatbelts and were not transported by EMS. Henry was charged with not driving his vehicle at a safe speed.
