LEWISTOWN — Derry Township Supervisors Monday approved a request for proposal to advance the Kishacoquillas Park mini golf course project in addition to other business.
The request for proposal for rough site grading from SCL Excavating LLC is $155,539.

The cost for the Kishacoquillas Park mini golf course project is $625,000.
Shutes said, “We have received over $66,000 in sponsorship funds from individuals and businesses. The remainder of funds are budgeted out of the Township’s Capital funds that have been set aside for township improvements.”
The sponsorship drive is still available for those who wish to make pledges to fund the project.
Those interested can reach out to the Derry Township Office for more information in person at 73 Reserve Lane, Lewistown, or by phone at (717) 248-8151.
