Mifflintown woman cited at Rutters
MIFFLINTOWN — According to a report, Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to a call on Sunday, Aug. 24, at around 1:45 a.m. from a Rutters employee, stating a customer was refusing to leave the store. Once on scene, officers cited Jennifer Cavanaugh, 44 of Mifflintown.
Etters man cited with harassment
PORT ROYAL — On Thursday, Sept 4, officers received a call around 10:30 p.m. regarding a physical altercation in the area of Moorehead Street and North 4th Street.
According to the report Logan Spahr, 24, of Etters, and David McGuire, 67, of Lebanon, were located. Spahr was charged with harassment and physical contact.
Police respond to Walker Township theft
MEXICO, Pa. — On Tuesday, Aug. 19, Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to a call regarding the theft of a step ladder from a residence on Foster Street, Walker Township.
The report states that the theft took place at around 11:30 a.m.
Police respond to missing propane tank
THOMPSONTOWN — According to a report, officers were contacted around 7 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 27 by Pharus Holley regarding the theft of a grill and propane tank that was taken from his home on Oakhurst Lane.
Unnamed man cited for harassment
PORT ROYAL — On Sunday, Sept. 7, officers of Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown responded to the scene of a domestic dispute around 2:30 a.m.
The report states that two individuals were involved in an altercation.
The 21-year-old McVeytown man involved was cited with harassment and physical contact.
