Tech professionals join Kish Bank’s IT Team

REEDSVILLE — Kish Bank has appointed Ryan Clarke to the position of vice president, chief technology officer, and Christopher Dressler to the position of vice president, information security manager. Both are based at the Kish Innovation Center in Reedsville.

Clarke brings more than 18 years of banking information technology expertise to Kish Bank, having served most recently as Manager of Information Technology for LINKBANK in Camp Hill, PA. He previously served in key network and computer systems administrative positions in both the non-profit and healthcare industries.

Dressler served 29 years in the public sector for the Commonwealth of PA, most recently in the Office of Administration as the Chief Information Security Officer. His extensive experience in cybersecurity, technology strategy, and risk management strongly positions Kish Bank’s Information Security program for the future.

Clarke received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Simpson University, California and his Master of Arts degree from Nyack College, New York. He has extensive certification and training in Computer Networking Technology and Computer Security systems. An active volunteer at his church in York, Clarke also serves as Treasurer for the Red Land High School Boys Basketball Booster board. He commutes from Etters where he lives with his wife and four children.

Dressler, a Juniata County native of McAlisterville, received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh and his Master of Science in Information Systems from Shippensburg University. Dressler is very active in his community, serving as Assistant Scoutmaster and a Troop Committee member for Scouting America, Troop 65, in McAlisterville. He resides in Mifflintown with his wife and four children.
