Woman cited for making false report
LEWISTOWN — An unnamed 50-year-old Lewistown woman was charged Sunday, Aug. 3 when Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown said she filed a false report that a murder had taken place.
Police were called at Mountain Lane, Bratton Township at about 10:20 a.m. Officers are investigating.
Woman cited with possession of paraphernalia
MIFFLINTOWN — Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown received a call from a woman around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 24, claiming that she was being followed by a man on an electric bike in the area of Route 333, Milford Township.
According to the report, officers determined that this was a false report.The 32-year-old Mifflin woman was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and was charged through Magisterial District Judge Jacqueline Leister.
