Mifflin County Historical Society dinner in September

LEWISTOWN — The Mifflin County Historical Society’s September dinner will be held on Sep. 11, 2025 at the Penn Valley Christian Retreat, 180 Penn Valley, McVeytown. The meal will be a family-style roast turkey dinner with all the trimmings.Seating begins at 5:45 p.m.

After dinner entertainment will be by Matthew Dodd performing his show titled “Songs and Stories of the American Revolution.” Cost is $25 for members, $30 for non-members. Children 4 to 10, half price. Reservations must be paid in advance.
