Chief Logan Fire Co Chief Eric Moist reported both residences were vacant at the time of the fire and no injuries were reported.

Moist said the fire took a long time to deem under control due to a live power line that had come down prior to fire department arrival and that both buildings appeared to have been being used for storage at the time of the fire.

Moist has turned the investigation over to the Pennsylvania State Police Lewistown Fire Marshal’s Office.
