with criminal trespass

HONEY GROVE — An unidentified 33-year-old Honey Grove male was charged with criminal trespass after an incident on Richs Lane in Honey Grove between 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. on July 3, according to a Public Information Release Report issued by Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown on Saturday. The victim was an unidentified 57-year-old female from Mifflintown.

State College man escapes rollover crash in Mifflintown without injury

MIFFLINTOWN — Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown said a State College man was not injured after he lost control of his 2010 Honda CRV and it rolled over on Route 322 East at 12:06 p.m. on July 4, according to a Public Information Release Report issued on Saturday. Ernesto E. Munoz Arroyo, 21, left the roadway and rolled over. He was wearing his seat belt, and he was cited, the report said. Mifflintown Hose Co. and Central Juniata EMS assisted state police, along with Geedey’s Towing.

State police investigating animal cruelty allegations in Wayne Township

MCVEYTOWN — Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a cruelty to animals allegation on Dutchess Street in Wayne Township at 8:11 p.m. on May 1, according to a Public Information Release Report issued on Saturday. The incident involved poultry and other birds, the report said.

Philadelphia woman arrested for drug possession in Oliver Township

MCVEYTOWN — Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown arrested a Philadelphia woman after conducting a routine traffic stop at 7:27 a.m. Friday and discovered she was in possession of a small amount of marijuana, according to a Public Information Release Report issued on Friday. The report said Shiann Green, 30, was stopped on Jacks Mountain Road in Oliver Township in her 2021 Kia Forte when troopers made the arrest. Charges were filed on Green through Magisterial District Court Judge Kent A. Smith, police said.

Mifflintown woman arrested

after domestic dispute

MIFFLINTOWN — Kelly Follmer, 55, of Mifflintown, was arrested by Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown after allegedly hitting Kevin Glace, 60, of Mifflintown, on the head with her hand during an alleged domestic dispute, according to a Public Information Release Report issued on Friday. The incident occurred at 8:15 p.m. on July 2 at 129 Britcher Drive in Fermanagh Township, the report said, and a citation was filed.

State police receive complaint about child receiving drugs

MIFFLINTOWN — At 3:35 p.m. on June 10, Pennsylvania State Police at Lewistown received a walk-in complaint about a child being given some drugs, according to a Public Information Release Report issued on Friday. The report said the incident took place on School Street in Fayette Township. State police are continuing to investigate.

Five individuals escape injury during three-car accident in Porter Township

ALEXANDRIA — Five individuals escaped injury during a three-car accident on William Penn Highway in Porter Township at 7:45 a.m. on July 2, according to a Public Information Release Report issued by Pennsylvania State Police at Huntingdon on Thursday. The report said John D. Corbin Jr., 71, of Petersburg, was attempting to make a left turn off of Bridge Street in Alexandria in his 2013 Ford F-150XLT truck onto Route 22 when he pulled into the path of Robert M. Saghy, 26, of Kure Beach, N.C., who was driving a 2023 Honda Ridgeline and traveling west on Route 22. Saghy was unable to avoid crashing into Corbin, police said. Saghy’s vehicle crashed into Corbin’s vehicle then traveled onto Bridge Street and struck a 2019 Dodge Caravan, driven by David E. Corbin, 38, of Petersburg, police said, which was stopped behind John D. Corbin Jr. on Bridge Street. The report said no injuries were reported. John D. Corbin III, 44, of Petersburg was a passenger in John D. Corbin Jr.’s vehicle, the report said. There was also an unidentified 14-year-old male in David E. Corbin’s vehicle. Saghy was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident, the report said. The other four individuals were wearing seat belts, the report said. Police said John D. Corbin Jr. was cited.
