Officers from multiple jurisdictions are currently on scene of an active crime scene near the intersection of West Fourth Street and North Juniata Street in Lewistown on Monday evening. At least one person was taken from the scene via Fame EMS. Assisting the police department was Heritage Fire Co, City Hook and Ladder, and Local Fire Police.
