Pennsylvania State Police Lewistown

¯Data theft and distribution of intimate images of a minor — According to a report from Pennsylvania State Police Lewistown, officers responded to a complaint of computer data theft and dissemination of an intimate image of a minor.

The alleged incident occurred between Sept. 19, 2021, to Sept. 20, 2021, along Kauffman Hill Road, Delaware Township, police said. Police continue to investigate the complaint from a 14-year-old female of Mifflintown.

¯Crash — According to a press release from Pennsylvania State Police Lewistown, officers reported no injuries in a two-vehicle crash at 3:29 p.m. on Sept. 20 along U.S. Highway 322 at Washington Avenue, Lewistown.

¯DUI Crash — According to a press release from Pennsylvania State Police Lewistown, officers reported a two-vehicle crash and accused a Mount Union man of DUI at 9:40 p.m. on Sept. 4 along U.S. Highway 522 South, Wayne Township. Cole Boozel, 26, traveled north on U.S. 522 and turned left into a parking lot when a second driver crossed the southbound travel lane into Boozel’s path.

The operator of the second vehicle, a 2011 Toyocar van container trailer, then struck the rear of Boozel’s 2003 Chevrolet Blazer. Police filed traffic citation charges against both drivers through Mifflin County District Court. Officers later found that Boozel had a BAC of 0.269%.

Lewistown Police Department

¯Warrant — According to a report from Lewistown Police Department, officers arrested a Lewistown man, 36, on a warrant.

According to the report, the arrest occurred at 2:06 p.m. on Sept. 23, 2021, along North Wayne Street, Lewistown, when police stopped Robert Shane Zimmerman in traffic. Police found that Zimmerman had a suspended license and traffic warrants from Magisterial District Judge Jack Miller. Officers issued a traffic citation and took Zimmerman before Miller for his warrants.

¯Disorderly conduct — According to a report from Lewistown Police Department, officers accused a Lewistown woman of disorderly conduct.

According to the report, the incident occurred at 4 a.m. on Sept. 20, 2021, at 9 E. Third St., Lewistown. Neighbors reported Christie Leigh Jaus, 31, for beating on another tenant’s door with a fire hydrant. The landlord for the property followed up with the complaint before police responded. This landlord attempted to contact Jaus when she exited her bedroom window and ran across the roof of her apartment complex to the rooftop of her neighbor’s house. Officers then tried to speak with Jaus when she ran from her roof to her neighbor’s roof again to avoid contact.

Police persuaded Jaus to go inside her residence for the rest of the evening. Police filed a citation for disorderly conduct against Jaus.

Pennsylvania State Police Selinsgrove

¯Harassment — According to a Pennsylvania State Police Selinsgrove report, officers accused a McClure woman of harassment with physical contact.

According to the report, the incident occurred at 7:06 p.m. on Sept. 16, 2021, along Ulsh Gap Road, West Beaver Township.

Neighbors reported the issue between Karen Schneble, 65, and her 11-year-old victim, and officers responded to the location.

After an investigation, police cited Schneble through the Snyder County Magisterial District Judge Lori Hackenberg’s office.
