Juniata County native named company CEO
YORK – Kerryn E. Fulton, a professional engineer and formerly of Port Royal, has been named president and chief executive officer, effective July 1, of C.S. Davidson Inc., an employee-owned consulting engineering firm with offices in central Pennsylvania.
Fulton will continue to build upon the firm’s long-standing commitment to civil engineering excellence. She will be the sixth president and CEO in the firm’s history, which was originally founded in 1923 by Carl Schaeffer Davidson.
Fulton received her bachelor of science degree in engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996 and later joined C.S. Davidson in 2001 as an engineer in the structural department. She is a 1992 graduate of Juniata High School and the daughter of Alice and Greg Gray, of Port Royal.
“I am humbled and honored to serve as the leader of a firm with such an impeccable reputation and a long, rich history of serving clients and our communities in south central Pennsylvania,” Fulton said.
David M. Davidson Jr., C.S. Davidson’s chief financial officer, said Kerryn is the first woman and youngest CEO in the company’s 93- year history.
“Kerryn’s appointment begins a new era at C.S. Davidson,” he said. “I think the company will flourish under her leadership.”
