Rollins strengthens SNAP retailer stocking requirements
WASHINGTON — The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) is proposing changes to strengthen the stocking requirements for retailers participating in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
