CLEARFIELD — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation placed a radar-controlled speed display board this week on Route 322 in Rush Township, Centre County. It is intended to remind drivers of commercial vehicles to obey the posted truck speed limit on a section of roadway with a significant downward grade.
