STATE COLLEGE -- Kish Bancorp Inc., the parent company of Kish Bank, has appointed Tina M. Collins as chief financial officer and announced the hiring of Sean Rainey as the company's new controller.
Collins, who has served as interim CFO since October 2025, assumes the position permanently following a public search for the role, the company announced Friday.
Collins joined Kish Bank in 2019 and most recently served as senior vice president and accounting and controls director. In that role, she oversaw financial reporting, regulatory compliance, internal controls and asset-liability management. She has more than 30 years of experience in community banking and previously held leadership positions at Riverview Bank and CBT Bank.
Rainey succeeds Collins as controller. He most recently served as senior accounting manager for Nikon SLM Solutions, where he oversaw North American accounting operations, financial reporting and statement consolidation. His previous experience includes accounting and finance leadership roles with GE Healthcare, KCF Technologies and Rex Energy Corp.
Rainey is a graduate of Juniata College with a bachelor's degree in accounting.
"We couldn't be more thrilled to announce Tina is stepping into the CFO role in a permanent capacity," Kish Bancorp President and CEO Gregory T. Hayes said in a statement. "During her tenure as interim CFO, Tina has shown strong leadership in helping Kish build out its Finance team and will provide essential continuity for the CFO position."
Hayes said the appointments reflect the company's continued investment in strengthening its finance leadership team as it plans for future growth.
