Police look over the scene of a one-vehicle accident on West 3rd Street Thursday afternoon in Lewistown. According to dispatch, the driver of the vehicle suffered a medical episode, causing the vehicle to drive onto the sidewalk and strike a entrance ramp to a bulding.
