Addie Snyder, Penn State student, teaches second graders about animals and their habitats during a presentation Wednesday afternoon at Indian Valley Elementary School. Snyder, along with eight other college students, visited IVES on behalf of Students Engaging in Experiential Discovery, a class that studies at Shaver’s Creek Environmental Center. SEED students will be back at IVES tomorrow to talk more about wildlife and also participate in Outdoor School, attended annually by Mifflin County School District fifth graders.
