DEAR DR. ROACH: I am a 75-year-old woman with a weight problem. My weight used to fluctuate from 130 pounds to 160 pounds. Pope Francis has died at age 88. History’s first Latin American pontiff charmed the world with his humble style and concern for the poor but alienated many conservatives with critiques of capitalism and climate change.
