Due to the forecast of unsettled weather, including the potential for thunderstorms and heavy downpours on Saturday, June 28, the Juniata River Valley Independence Day Fireworks Display has been rescheduled to its rain date of Sunday, June 29.
The Juniata River Valley Chamber of Commerce stated the fireworks show, which is set to begin at 9:30 PM, will still be launched from the field beside the Mifflin County Industrial Development Plaza, providing excellent viewing opportunities for attendees across the area.
