Penn State to offer workshops to empower entrepreneurs

STATE COLLEGE — Penn State will host an event designed to empower entrepreneurs and advance their business ideas.

Global Entrepreneurship Week Penn State is presented by the Penn State Small Business Development Center Nov. 13-19 to bring a range of workshops and networking opportunities to help small business owners and entrepreneurs advance their companies or innovative ideas.

No Penn State affiliation is required to attend and most events are free and open to the public.

Featured Global Entrepreneurship Week Penn State events in Mifflin County include: Avoiding Credit Catastrophes & Debt Disasters for Small Businesses. The program will be held at 9 a.m. Nov. 14 at MCS Bank, 100 Commerce Drive, Milroy.
