ALTOONA - The Penn State Altoona women's basketball team's schedule returned to Adler Arena on Tuesday night, when they beat Lycoming, 69-49. Penn State Altoona (4-2) played their way to a 33-27 halftime lead after a 21-point second quarter. Lycoming (2-3, 1-1 Landmark) tried to overcome Penn State Altoona's lead but was shut out by the Lions defense. Janecke, Maynard earn AHA awards

BOSTON – After a weekend road sweep, Tessa Janecke and Danica Maynard each were announced as Atlantic Hockey America players of the week on Tuesday afternoon. Janecke earned her second Forward of the Week nod this season while Maynard earned a third Defenseman of the Week nod.
