UNIVERSITY PARK – Senior Jarod Crespo (Seven Lakes, N.C.) registered a third period hat-trick to lift No. 8 Penn State to a 7-3 victory over RIT in non-conference action at Pegula Ice Arena on Sunday evening. Crespo’s hat-trick is the 18th in program history and just the second-ever by a Nittany Lion defenseman joining Cole Hults who registered a hat-trick against Sacred Heart on October 11, 2019. Six Nittany Lion wrestlers win titles at Southern Scuffle, Kauffman Open

Thirteen members of the Penn State Nittany Lion wrestling team took part in the 2026 Southern Scuffle at Chattanooga on Saturday and Sunday, and three others competed at the Bobby Kauffman Open at Edinboro on Sunday. Lions tap Lynn as new defensive coordinator

UNIVERSITY PARK – Penn State Football announced the addition of D’Anton Lynn [DAN-ton] to its staff as the Nittany Lions’ defensive coordinator. Lynn makes his return to Happy Valley, lettering with the football team from 2008 to 2011. Lynn comes to Penn State following a two-year stint as the defensive coordinator for USC. Prior to the Trojans, he was the defensive coordinator at UCLA for one season following a nine-year career coaching in the NFL. Two former Nittany Lion receivers posted big days in Week 17. Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin hauled in seven receptions for 108 yards in the Bucs’ 20-17 setback against the Miami Dolphins.
