Traynor, alums get invite to USA training camp

SPARKS, Md. – Three Penn State men’s lacrosse alumni have been invited by USA Lacrosse to a training camp for the field team in the U.S. Men’s National Team Program. The group, comprised of TJ Malone ’24, Mac O’Keefe ’21, and Matt Traynor ’25, joins 37 other invitees for the camp, which is scheduled to take place in Charlotte, North Carolina, from June 7-9, following the Premier Lacrosse League’s (PLL) weekend of games in the same city. The Nittany Lions’ only two First-Team All-Big Ten recipients came in the 800-meter run, one each for the men’s and women’s races.
