UNIVERSITY PARK - Penn State redshirt linebacker Tony Rojas was named to the Hispanic College Football Player of the Year award watch list, announced by the Hispanic Football Hall of Fame on Tuesday.
The Hispanic College Football Player of the Year Award was established in 2025.
