UNIVERSITY PARK – The Penn State softball program and head coach Clarisa Crowell announced the team’s 2026 fall ball schedule on Tuesday morning, with eight contests scheduled including seven home events at Nittany Lion Softball Park & Beard Field and a return to the Little League Girls with Game Experience. Summer intramural held at Kish field

There will be a boys lacrosse summer intramural held at the Kish turf field at Donald M. Chapman III Stadium every Monday and Wednesday between 10 a.m. and noon, which goes from this week through Aug. 12. This program is for area youth going into grades seven, eight and nine next school year. Youth can learn about lacrosse in a fun and inviting atmosphere. CURVE, Pa. – The Altoona Curve, playing as the Altoona Mud Turtles, took a rain-shortened win over the Chesapeake Baysox, 7-1, on Sunday night at Peoples Natural Gas Field.
