UNIVERSITY PARK – Penn State senior tight end Benjamin Brahmer and redshirt senior tight end Gabe Burkle were tabbed to the John Mackey Award watch list on Wednesday. The John Mackey Award is presented annually to the top tight end in college football. Penn State’s Tyler Warren won the Mackey Award in 2024. Lions open 140th season versus Marshall

UNIVERSITY PARK – Penn State Football has announced that its 2026 season and home opener against Marshall, on Sept. 5, will be designated as the Stripe Out game. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. on FS1. In one month, Penn State will open its 140th football season and 67th season in West Shore Home Field at Beaver Stadium. Tickets can be purchased here.
