In memory of ‘Popeye’

On July 31, the 31st Annual Popeye Fleck Memorial Fishing Derby was held at the PA Lions Beacon Lodge Camp in memory of Forest ‘Popeye’ Fleck. There were a total of 21 participants, with the largest fish being 20 ½ inches.
