LEWISTOWN -- Now that the Babe Ruth 15-16-year-old World Series is over, the statistics for the Mifflin County players can be put in the history books.
Mifflin County was 6-1 in the World Series finishing second in the United States and third in the International competition.
There were a lot of players that left their marks on the World Series ecords. The league keeps records for lifetime All-Star competition too. Each category has a top ten.
Ten players played in all seven games, Colton Aumiller, Haven Bridge, Cam Kauffman, Jett Powell, Liam Shaffer, Luke Shawver, Maverick Smith, Max Trawitz, Kooper Walters and Jude Zook. Those 10 players joined 10 other players for tenth place with games played.
Kooper Walters and Colton Aumiller each scored nine runs in the World Series and tied for fourth place with four other players.
Luke Shawver had 12 RBIs in Branson, Missouri, the site of the World Series. His 12 RBIs rank third all-time. Jude Zook had six runs batted in and is tied for seventh place along with four other players.
In the doubles department, four players made the top 15 with two, Liam Shaffer, Shawver, Zook and Aumiller.
Coming into the 2026 series, Mifflin County had only hit seven triples. The first one was hit by Hunter Wolfley in 2018. This year, Mifflin County hit five triples.
The World Series leaders were Trevor Sheaffer and Reese Christine with two each. Colton Aumiller hit two triples, while Liam Shaffer, Haven Bridge and Max Trawitz had one each.
Three players made the top ten in batting average. Christine is the all-time leader with a .643 average. Christine did that as a 14-year-old in 2022.
Luke Shawver moved into second place with a .526 mark. Shawver was seven for nine over the last three games. Liam Shaffer had a .480 mark and is now in third place. Jude Zook hit .450 and is in seventh place.
In single-game performances, Shawver had two three-hit performances and Shaffer had one. They are tied with nine other Mifflin County hitters. Two players in 2018, 15-year-olds, had four-hit games, Casey Conner and Bryce Dobson.
On the mound, Bridge pitched 14.3 innings and is ranked third. Colby Bodtorf, who played in two World Series, is ranked number one with 22 innings. Noah Bunch had 12 innings and is now fourth and Colton Aumiller had 11.3 and is tied for sixth.
Bridge had 13 strikeouts in three games and is in a three-way tie for fifth place. Bodtorf is the leader with 21.
In the WHIP department, Bridge had 0.76 and Aumiller was close behind with a 0.79. Bridgre is third and Aumiller is fourth. The all-time leader is Matt Wright, 15-year-old (2002) with a 0.61.
Bridge had seven strikeouts against Central California. That was the seventh best single-game performance. The top number was 11 by Nate Burkey in 2002.
On the lifetime career list only Colton Aumiller made an imprint. Aumiller finished with seven career triples and is now second only to Chris Tressler, 2002-2004, who had eight. Aumiller had four triples in the postseason, two in the Mid-Atlantic Regionals and two in the World Series. On the mound, Aumiller also had a lifetime record of 5-2 and his five wins tied him for 20th place. He was 3-0 in 2026.
As for manager Denny Yetter, he moved up in the rankings for All-Star wins. Yetter had a 10-2 record with the All-Stars. His All-Star record is now 25-12 and is ranked seventh all-time.
Yetter's overall record is now 93-64. The McVeytown manager is in 15th place on the Mifflin County win list. He needs just four more wins to move into 14th place and seven more wins to become the 14th manager to win 100 games.
