LEWISTOWN — This weekend saw the start of the 2026 Pennsylvania State Cal Ripken Tournament at various age levels.

The results are from Friday and Saturday:

9-year-olds: Mifflin County went 3-1 at the tournament in Red Land (Harrisburg). Mifflin County beat Red Land,12-9; Exeter, 20-0; and Lower Dauphin, 15-4. But, they lost to Harleysville,17-9.

10-year-olds: Mifflin County was in Upper Allen Township, Harrisburg, and won the first two games beating Cedar Cliff, 13-4, and Spring-Ford,13-2.

11-year-olds: Mifflin County was in suburban Philadelphia area in Kimberton and Phoenixville and went 2-2. MIfflin County beat Central York, 8-6, and Cedar Cliff, 9-8, but fell to Methacton, 13-3, and Harleysville, 9-1.

12-year-olds: Mifflin County was also in the Philadelphia area (Methacton-Audubon) and went 2-1. Mifflin County beat Norwin, 12-3, and Doylestown, 9-6, but fell to Cedar Cliff, 10-0.
