REEDSVILLE -- The Mifflin County Babe Ruth 14-year-old All Stars will be honored with a banquet on Nov. 10 at the Reedsville Fire Company.
The Mifflin County 14-year-olds had a 9-6 record and were the Mid-Atlantic regional champions and went to the Babe Ruth World Series in Williston, North Dakota. The team finished in a tie for fifth place in the country.
Mifflin County also was the Pennsylvania runner-up.
Adult meals are $16, children 10 and under are $8 and children 5 and under are free.
