Are you looking to try a new recipe for lunch or supper? Here is one of my favorite recipes.

Dairy casserole

• 1 lb. hamburger, browned

• 2 small cans of corn

• 1 can cream of celery soup

• 2 cup noodles, cooked

• 1 pk. cream cheese, softened

For the top:

• 2 tsp. browned butter

• ½ cup crumbs

Instructions:

Mix ingredients well and place in a greased casserole dish. Mix crumbs and butter and place on top.

Bake for 30 – 45 minutes at 350.

Always remember to get your three servings of dairy a day whether it’s milk, a casserole with dairy or ice cream. Did you know that dairy cows have an excellent sense of smell and can detect odors up to six miles. Cows also have 32 teeth, but don’t have upper front teeth.
