Keep your eyes open when you vote
To the Editor:
In The Sentinel's March 2 edition on page A2 there was an article titled "CDC relaxes COVID quarantine guidelines." Imagine that! Parents are told to treat their sick children with Covid-19 like any other respiratory illness.
Children are encouraged to wear a mask upon returning to school but it is not required. No mention of immunization was made. I am astonished that it took this long to finally agree to common sense that was provided near the beginning of the pandemic.
Hindsight is 20/20, but think about the arguments and conflicting information we endured for years. Not all, but most of it was unnecessary.
In the end big pharmaceutical companies made billions on vaccines. Only children's education and small business were destroyed.
Then Biden passes the recovery act (stimulus bill), and inflation now has us beat to the ground. The economy via the stock market right now is great and growing on the trillions from Biden's stimulus package.
Stock traders and employment statistics don't care where the money comes from. If it comes from reinvestment of growing industry via tax cuts and incentives (where it should) or investment from government giveaways by printing money and devaluing what we have (Bidenomics)!
We were hoodwinked for the most part on COVID, and we are being hoodwinked again on our economy.
Biden is actually taking credit for selling us all down the river to ruin! He is proud of it. He really is unfit to be president.
Don't be hoodwinked again! Keep your eyes open when you vote!
