Time to refocus your attention
To the Editor:
There is hardly a day that goes by that Biden or some liberal Democrat doesn't have something to say about gun violence or wanting to do something to ban something to do with guns. I am here to say if you want to stop a lot of deaths in this country do something about the stupid border policies of the Biden administration. It is these stupid policies that are killing people.
There have been more deaths caused by Fentanyl coming across the southern border since Biden took office and screwed things up, than have died from gun violence in my lifetime, and I am nearly 77 years old. It's amazing that Biden and his administration still claims that the border is under control. Anyone who believes this to be the case is absolutely nuts! It's time to make some changes.
For one thing, most illegals should be deported immediately! I know that they are coached to lie and say that they are seeking asylum from persecution. The truth is, 93% are either turned down at their hearing or they never show up for the hearing. Still practically none are deported. That is because liberal bureaucrats keep ICE from deporting them. Of the 93% who were deported, all those thinking about coming here illegally would get the message that they are not going to let them stay here and the number would start to drop quickly. That would free up the border patrol to do the job of watching for illegal drugs instead of processing illegals.
Also finishing building the wall would help tremendously. We should all go back to the Trump administration policies. It was much better then.
