A letter of thanks to Fire Department donors
The auxiliary of Decatur Fire Company would like to take this opportunity to thank the generous donors at our benefit auction held recently. We usually help support the fire company with monies raised from rental of our dining hall "the cookhouse" and from meals that we serve.
When COVID shut down those avenues of income, we still had bills to pay and still tried to help the fire company. Our resources were beginning to get stretched thin, so we decided to have a benefit auction to try to raise funds. The following donors gave from their hearts, and we had a successful auction.
