The lemmings guided by ignorance

2 min read

To the editor:

Once again the people of Pennsylvania have voted emotionally and with a collective mindset of voting for people who would put more perks and favors into their greedy little pockets.

Worse still the man voted into office to represent us in Washington is an obvious incompetent who was able to get the leftist lemmings to ignore all reason and join him ti with the radicals in D.C. who are taking us down the road to join the rest of the third world nations.

Proof of the pudding as to how democrats vote is the fact that they actually voted for a deceased candidate who amazingly won by more than 70% of the votes cast months after he died. Tony DeLuca died last month from lymphoma at the age of 85 years old. Appears the Dems not only put dead people's names on ballots, they vote for dead candidates as well.

This election reminded me of another time when a wishy-washy man was elected to the senate, Arlen Specter. His votes were guided and determined according to which way the political winds were blowing. His position changed so much that he must have carried an eraser in his pocket to undo the opinions he had put down to paper so as to remind himself of how he was told to vote.

Somewhat like being vehemently opposed to fracking but on the debate stage looked at his cue card and suddenly be for it. Huh?
