Mini-golf event went well due to help of many
To the editor:
Last weekend the Mifflin County Library held the"Putting for Pages" mini-golf event.
The Friends, a non-profit group that supports the library, was happy to participate as the "19th Hole" providing refreshments for the golfers.
Thank you to Walmart for the generous donation, and a special thanks to the store manager Sean for the extra kindness and help that he gave.
Thanks also to the members who helped and provided goodies.
I hope everyone had fun, and hope to see you at next year's event.
