To the editor:

I don’t know which is sadder, an impeached POTUS that recommended injecting disinfectant or that people actually believed him.

The same people who voted for him because he says what he means are busy arguing he didn’t mean what he said.

Mexico will pay for the wall. Obama wasn’t born in America. I didn’t cheat on my wife with Stormy Daniels.

And the COVID-19 numbers have shown us we shouldn’t have expected a narcissistic, pathologically lying real estate mogul and TV personality with a string of business bankruptcies, failed product lines and court settlements and no record of public service to guide us successfully through a major deadly national crisis.

The big question is and will continue to be: Why is this nation Donald Trump told us was number one in the world in preparedness faring so much worse, even on a per capita basis, than other nations?
