Regina Cecilia Jenkins, beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and dear friend, passed away peacefully at the age of 78 on June 15, 2024, in Salisbury, Md. Born on Aug. 20, 1945, in Baltimore, Regina (Jean), was the middle child of William and Catherine Conley. She graduated from Eastern High School in Baltimore in 1963 and went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in economics from her beloved Morgan State University in Baltimore in 1979. Carol Ann Bishop, 73, of Belleville, went to be with her Lord and Savior, at 9:17 p.m., Friday, July 26, 2024, at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital. Born Sept. 21, 1950, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Jay and Betty (Eward) Bishop. Born Oct. 18, 1952, in Lewistown, he was a son of the late George and Marjorie (Brown) Fackender Hess and stepson of the late Warren L. Hess.
