Pamela Ann Knepp

Pamela Ann Knepp, 75, of McClure, passed away Saturday, Oct. 31, 2026, into the loving arms of our Lord and Savior, at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.

Born April 3, 1951, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Herbert P. Yeo Sr. and Thelma R. (Andrews) Knepp

She is survived by her husband, Thomas H. Knepp, with who she shared 55 years of marriage; children, Heather Gilbert and husband, Edwin, of Lewistown, Molly Kimble and husband, Curt, of State College; grandchildren, Tanner Lockett, Erin Kelly, Jack Kelly, Kierra Kimble, and Angus Kimble; and a brother, Herbert Yeo and wife, Cheryl, of Reedsville, and many very special nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by both her father and mother, and also by a special nephew Mark "Andy" Yeo.

She was a 1969 graduate of Rothrock High School and dedicated her life to caring for her family and friends.

Pam worked briefly at the Viscose after high school before leaving the workforce to get married and raise her girls. Later in life, she worked at the Point Store when it was owned and operated by family.

Pam was a Brownie Scout leader when her girls were in their local Brownie troop. When Heather and Molly's friends were at the house, Pam was the mom those friends also came to visit.

As a Gram she beamed over Tanner's success, his creative abilities and happiness. Gram was so proud of Kierra, her nursing career and recent engagement. Gram was a constant, unwavering support for her "gorgeous Erin," who she affectionately always called "Mert," and stood by Erin's tenacity to pull through the most difficult situations. Gram was so proud of "her" Jace and his artistic abilities, his amazing sense of humor and his beautiful old soul. Gram loved watching Angus's athleticism both on and off the field with all his heart and drive he put into his Lacrosse and Football games. Gram constantly praised Angus about his good looks and charm. Mom's grandchildren were the loves of her life.

Pam was a giver; the most generous person.

Pam gave to strangers. She gave to those so close to her heart. She gave to those in need. She gave to her daughters and grandkids endlessly. Pam gave to others, in need, anonymously. She gave to others without wanting recognition or a public pat on the back, which is the true meaning of giving. Pam gave to others because they needed and because it was the right thing to do.

Pamela was a member of Maitland Church of the Brethren.

A viewing will be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 6, 2026, at Maitland Church of the Brethren, 315 Crossover Drive, Lewistown, with a funeral service to follow at 11:30 a.m. with Pastor Jeannine Leister officiating.

Interment will take place at Maitland Church of the Brethren Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the care of Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Home, Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown.
