Margaret Tullis Leddy, 74, of Centre Care, Bellefonte, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2026.
Born on Oct. 26, 1952, in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Martha (Bailey) Dougherty. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Hugh Leddy, a son Stephen Leddy, a sister, Elizabeth Garrity, as well as her brother, Eugene Dougherty.
Surviving are children: Gleowyn (Leddy) Pavlova and spouse Alexei Pavlov of Milroy, Scott-Michael Leddy and wife Thea Leddy of Bellefonte; seven grandchildren, Tessa Pavlova, Mila Pavlova, Nathaniel Leddy, Kayla Leddy, Micah Leddy, Olivia Leddy and Isabella Leddy; siblings, Katherine Boyle and husband Kenneth of Benton, Pa., Anastasia Faber and husband David of Langhorne, Pa.; brother-in-law, Kevin Garrity and wife Carol of Lewistown, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Margaret was a graduate of Lincoln High School in Philadelphia.
She was primarily a homemaker. She was also employed at Hide-n-Seek Christian Daycare in Lewistown and retired as the assistant director.
She regularly attended Calvary Church in Boalsburg.
She loved working with young children at the daycare, at church, and especially her seven grandchildren. Her immediate family and extended family were very important to her.
Her family will receive friends at Henderson-Bohn Funeral Home, 6880 State Route 655, Reedsville from 4 to 5 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 2, 2026, with a memorial service to follow at 5 p.m. with Pastor Jorn Junod officiating.
