Donna Kay Crownover

Donna Kay Crownover, 82, of Little River, South Carolina, and formerly of Belleville, died Oct. 7, 2026, at home, with her husband beside her.

Born Nov. 23, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Wilbur “Jr.” Barber and the late Margorie Campbell. A 1962 graduate of Lewistown High School, she spent her working years in clerical roles and retired in 1998.

Community life mattered to her. She served as a life member of Belleville Civic Club and the Belleville Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. She also served, for many years, on the board to the Union Township Water Authority and as a session member of West Kishacoquillas Presbyterian Church in Belleville. At home she liked puzzles, Scrabble, her garden, and she happily shared the flowers she grew. Most of all, she loved time with family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Roy Crownover; her children, Scott Crownover (Amy) of State College, Lisa Crownover (Greg Leister), of Lewistown, and Rodney Crownover (Sherry), of Zebulon, NC; six grandchildren, Tori Kenepp of Three Springs, Devin Ammerman, of Lewistown, Alyse Crownover of Irwin, PA, Hadley Crownover, of Fairfax Corners, VA, Bensen and Keyen Crownover, both of Zebulon, NC; three great-grandchildren; and a brother, Gerald Barber, of Manheim. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11 a.m. on Dec. 5, 2026, at West Kishacoquillas Presbyterian Church, 3813 West Main St., Belleville.
