Richard L. Bailey, 61, of Levittown, passed away on June 26, 2026, at Lower Bucks County Hospital.
Born on Dec. 12, 1964, in Lewistown, he was the son of Shirley McConnell of Milroy and the late John Bailey.
He is survived by a son, Richard Bailey Jr., a sister Joanne Kossey McConnell, a brother Travis McConnell, a niece Madison, nephews: TJ, Chase, Justin, Camron, and Tim; 1 great-nephew: Jason; 1 step-daughter: Brandi; and a stepson: Rusty.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Tina and a nephew, Jason.
He graduated in 1982 from Kishacoquillas High School. He was a forklift driver.
Richard enjoyed watching NASCAR, going fishing and cooking for his roommates and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2026, at the New Lancaster Valley Cemetery with Pastor Frank Trego officiating.
Should friends desire, memorials may be made to Henderson-Bohn Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
