Steven R. Wilson, 71, of Lewistown, passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.
Born Jan. 19, 1955, he was the son of the late G. Richard and Betty (Musser) Wilson.
Steven is survived by his beloved wife of nearly 50 years, Kathleen Wilson, whom he married on Aug. 14, 1976; his children, Darren Wilson and his wife, Kim, of Palmyra, and Deanna Wilson of Dunkirk, Maryland; his grandchildren, Cody and Bianca Wilson; and his brother, Michael Wilson and his wife, Marianne, of McVeytown.
In keeping with Steven's wishes, no services will be held.
Arrangements have been entrusted to King-Barr Funeral Home, 120 Logan St., Lewistown.
Those wishing to honor Steven's memory are invited to make a memorial contribution to an animal welfare organization of their choice.
