Jesse Vincent McVicker, III, 70, of Harrisburg, passed away on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, in the UPMC Harrisburg Hospital with his daughter by his side.
Born in Lewistown on March 7, 1956, he was the son of the late Jesse Vincent McVicker Jr. and Nancy Jane McCardle McVicker.
Jesse was a 1975 graduate of Lewistown-Granville High School. He retired from Fresh Express in Harrisburg where he was a forklift operator. Jesse was a United States Navy Veteran serving on the U.S. Franklin D. Roosevelt CV-42. Jesse was an outdoor enthusiast and loved going for walks. Most of all he loved his family.
Jesse is survived by his daughter, Jessica McMillin (Richard) of Lewistown; three grandchildren, Cierra McMillin, Carly McMillin, and RJ McMillin; three brothers, Thomas V. McVicker of Lewistown, Kenneth D. McVicker of Lewistown, and William J. McVicker of Michigan; two nieces; and three nephews.
In addition to his parents, Jesse was preceded in death by his wife, Rhonda L. McVicker on March 3, 2007.
