Menno E. Wengerd

He was the son of the late Eli and Mary (Zook) Wengerd.

Surviving is his wife, Miriam N. (Yoder) Wengerd; children, Mary E. Swarey and husband Louie of Tyrone, Korie E. Wengerd and wife Esther of Waverly, Ohio, Elizabeth M. Wengerd at home, Lomie B. Peachey and husband Simon of Beaver, Ohio, Sadie M. Swarey and husband Urie of Mill Creek, Mattie E. Swarey and husband Joseph of Belleville, Miriam M. Peachey and husband Elmer of Beaver, Ohio, David M. Wengerd and wife Martha of Bellville, Lydia M. Peachey and husband Aaron of Belleville, Menno M. Wengerd and wife Sadie of Belleville, Fannie M. Kanagy and husband Aquilla of Mill Creek, Lena M. Peachey and husband Samuel of Allensville, Annie M. Swarey and husband Noah of Belleville; 60 grandchildren; siblings, Lena E. Kanagy and Joseph E. Wengerd of Belleville, Mattie Yoder and John E. Wengerd of Allensville, Lydia E. Yoder and Eli E. Wengerd of Tyrone, Mary E. Swarey of Altoona, Fannie E. Yoder, Sarah E. Kanagy, Sylvia E. Yoder, all of Beaver, Ohio.

Menno was preceded in death by two brothers and seven grandchildren.

He was a member of the Old Order Amish.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 150 Iris Lane, Belleville. The funeral will be on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at 9 a.m. at the same location. Burial will take place at Allensville Mennonite Amish Cemetery.
