Constance Miller

Born on Feb. 8, 1933, in Huntingdon County, she was the daughter of the late C. Charles and Veida J. (Jones) Pagana. On June 30, 1951, she married G. Edward Miller, who preceded her in death on Feb. 23, 2019.

Surviving are children: Barbara Lake and husband, Kirk, of Reedsville, Jack Miller and wife, Nancy, of Lewistown, Nancy L. Yoder and husband, Dwight, of Belleville; 11 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Douglas Miller in 2012, a daughter-in-law, Penny Miller in 1992, and a sister, Wanda (Shannon) Clews.

Constance was a graduate of Lewistown Granville High School, Class of 1951. She was primarily a homemaker and a farmer’s wife. She and her husband owned and operated Miller-Lake John Deere for 25 years, retiring in 2007.

She was a member of Farm Bureau PFA Women’s Group; Mifflin County 4-H Sr. Extension, being part of the Sr. Club for 60+ years; and served on the Youth Fair Committee.

She loved gardening, watching wildlife, and was a voracious reader. She enjoyed her day trips with PFA groups, ice cream parties, and trail rides.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to noon, with the funeral service to follow at noon with Pastor David Gingrich officiating, at Henderson-Bohn Funeral Home, 6880 SR 655, Reedsville. Burial will be at Mount Rock Cemetery.

Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
