Barbara A. Swarey, 2 months old, of 12122 Hickory Lane, Mill Creek, passed away at 2:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at her home.
Born March 29, 2026, at home, she was the daughter of Shem E. and Mary J. (Peachey) Swarey, also of Mill Creek.
She is survived by two sisters and four brothers, Laura M., Henry J. Elmer J. Jesse A., Ida R. and Ivan L., all at home. She is also survived by her maternal grandparents, Jonas and Sally Peachey, of Mill Creek.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Linda K. Swarey, in October 2009 and one brother, Daniel C. Swarey, in March 2016. She was also preceded in death by her paternal grandparents in August of 2014.
Her funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. on Friday, June 5, 2026 at her home. The home ministers will officiate. Burial will take place at Allensville Amish Mennonite Cemetery.
