Theodore ‘Ted’ Kepner

Theodore “Ted” Kepner, 63, died Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at his home near Port Royal. There will be a celebration of life at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 30, at River Church, Mifflintown. Guss Funeral Home, Mifflintown, is assisting the family.
